Founded in 2013 as Korpro Inc., our company rebranded to Signature Homes in 2021 to better reflect our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and personalized service in the homebuilding industry. Owned and operated by Matthew “Dusty” Dustin Murphy, Signature Homes brings decades of hands-on experience and family tradition to every project.
Dusty began his journey in the construction industry at just 14 years old, working alongside his father and brother in their family-owned business. His passion for building only grew, leading him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University.
Today, Dusty runs Signature Homes with the support of his wife, Brandi Murphy, who serves as his trusted assistant. Together, they lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional custom homes and residential construction services throughout the region.
